Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025

This Refund Policy applies to paid services booked with Portalcypressway Mining Review Co., Ltd.: BTC Hardware Assessment, On-Site Hash Audit, and Sourcing Advisory.

General principles

Fees cover professional time, lab occupancy, and travel reserved for your slot. Refund eligibility depends on how far work has progressed when you cancel.

Deposits

• Lab assessments: 50% deposit required to hold a bench slot
• On-site audits: 40% due at booking
• Advisory sessions: full prepayment at booking

Deposits are non-refundable once we begin scheduling travel or allocating contiguous lab time, typically 72 hours before the confirmed start.

Full refunds

You receive a full refund if:

• We cancel the service due to staff illness or lab unavailability
• You cancel more than 7 calendar days before a lab assessment start date with no work begun
• You cancel more than 10 calendar days before an on-site audit with no travel booked

Refunds process within 14 business days to the original bank account.

Partial refunds

• Lab assessment: If you cancel 3–7 days before start, we retain 30% of the deposit for scheduling costs. Within 72 hours, deposit is forfeited.
• On-site audit: Cancellations 5–10 days before visit retain 40% of the booking fee. Within 5 days, 70% is retained to cover travel and lost slot.
• Advisory: Cancel more than 48 hours before session for full refund; within 48 hours, 50% retained.

If work has started — unit powered on for burn-in, travel completed, or advisory session begun — no refund is due for that phase.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 5 business days before start. Additional reschedules incur ₩50,000 administrative fee. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Non-refundable items

• Completed reports and delivered PDFs
• Travel expenses already incurred
• Third-party customs or courier fees we paid on your behalf with prior authorization
• Rush surcharges after work has commenced

Service quality concerns

If you believe a report omits agreed scope, contact info@portalcypressway.click within 14 days of delivery. We will review bench logs and offer correction, supplemental testing at reduced rate, or partial credit at our discretion. This does not apply to hash outcomes below manufacturer specs that were accurately measured and documented.

Hardware purchases

We do not sell hardware. No product return rights apply through us.

How to request a refund

Email info@portalcypressway.click with booking reference, service type, and reason. Include the name on the invoice. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
