Fix protocol

1. Photograph filter condition before removal — useful for maintenance contracts.
2. Vacuum housings, do not blow dust into hash boards.
3. Run 24-hour pool comparison after replacement before opening tickets with sellers.

When it is not the filter

If hash does not recover after airflow restoration, schedule a bench assessment. Board failure and choked intake produce similar pool graphs but different thermal signatures.
