• HS code consistent with computing hardware — broker and invoice must match
• Serial list aligned with packing list cartons

On arrival

• Importer business registration if clearing as a company
• Power of attorney if a third-party broker clears on your behalf
• Storage plan letter some carriers request for high-wattage goods

After clearance
